These clothing and equipment will be signed for by the employee on a form supplied by the Employer, and they must be returned when no longer needed.

An employee who is called to work and not put to work for any reason other than inclement weather shall receive two (2) hours pay at the regular rate of wages. In addition, if a plasterer or cement mason is put to work and required to complete flatwork during the regular lunch period, they will be paid double time (2x). Employees who utilize sick time earned pursuant to Mass. G.L. c. 149, SS148C., shall not work for more than five (5) consecutive hours without taking a half hour for lunch.
